SUP stands for Stand Up Paddle, and if we add to that the word yoga, the discipline of Supyoga is born. 

With supyoga you will discover a new way to exercise body and mind in an idyllic setting. Being able to experience the feeling of peace, harmony and well-being that the sea transmits to us. Practicing yoga on the paddle board will make your muscles work in depth to be able to do the postures and maintain balance.

You don't need to be experienced in Yoga, the class is suitable for all levels.
